Non-standard Automation - Tyre Automated Sorting , Palletizing and Warehousing Line
Our tyres automated sorting and palletizing line can be mainly divided into two parts: QA section tyres automatic sorting system and warehousing section tyres automatic sorting and storage system.
QA section tyres automatic sorting system:
The system automatically completes tyre transport, sorting and inspection work according to tyre production needs. To achieve the finished tyre automatic transport and sorting tasks from the vulcanization channel to the dynamic balance detection station.
The whole system includes: trimming, appearance inspection, automatic scanning and sorting, weighing and dynamic balance detection (including uniformity detection) and other processes.
Warehousing section tyres automatic sorting and storage system:
Based on the tyre production process, the system is to make reasonable arrangements for the layout of the plant to ensure that the tyre does not overlap, stuck or have other abnormal phenomena in the entire transport process. The entire system can achieve finished tyres automatic transport, sorting and warehousing tasks from the dynamic balance detection station exit to the loading platform. Automatic sorting and palletizing operations can be completed by robot system, while automatic warehousing and ex-warehousing of full and empty pallets down by RGV system and automated warehouse of tyres realized by high-rack system. The adoption of this atomatic system substantially reduces manual participation, improves efficiency of production and sorting accuracy, and saves storage space.
The whole system includes: tyre and pallet automatic conveying system, robot automatic sorting system, RGV system and high-rack system.
